For this sultry evening look, I used Revlon Colorstay 16 hour eyeshadow quad 507 Luscious and paired the smokey emerald gold eyes with dark red lips. Lets get into the details:

I started by prepping and priming my face. I wanted an even tone semi matte finish for face. I started by spot correcting any dark spots and under eye dark circles with a concealer darker than my skin tone. Always use few shade darker concealer on the under eye area specially if you have prominent dark circles. If you'll use a shade that matches your skin tone, to under eyes dark circles they will look grey and more prominent. For a medium coverage and semi matte finish, i used a pea size amount of Revlon colorstay whipped creme foundation and blended it with Real techniques buffing brush. As i did a jewel toned shimmery eye look and paired this with dark red lips thus kept my face clean, no blush, no bronzer... Clear flawless complexion, to make the look stand out, without looking overdone!
Roughly apply black kohl pencil on the inner most corner and outer most corner, leave the middle section empty. Now with a smudging brush blend the kohl inwards. Apply the pencil on the lashline too and smudge. Next on a small dome brush, take the khaki black-ish gold eyeshadow and tap it on outer and the inner corner blending it inwards and keep layering more to get the desired intensity.
With a flat shader brush take the peacock feather green color eyeshadow and pat it on the center part of the eyelid blending it gently with the gold for easy transition. Pick little loose powder on a fluffy blending brush, blend it on the crease as well as brow bone area to soft any harsh line. Apply false lashes for a dramatic look.
On the lips i applied Revlon matte balm in shade 250 Standout, which is a lovely dark slight burnt red shade.
